So flash forward a decade.. Julia is working on the set of The Mexican with Brad and falls for a cameraman. Small problem..or as Julia called it in an interview.."a complication".

では、１０年ほどさかのぼってみよう。　ジュリアはブラッドと映画メキシカンのセットで働いていて、カメラマンに恋をするんだよ。　　些細な問題・・・または、ジュリアがインタビューで言うように・・"混乱"。

He has been married for four years to Vera Moder a makeup artist also in the industry. Danny and Julia begin a whirlwind romance where they are openly photographed cuddling and kissing.

彼は同じ業界のメーキャップアーティスト、ベラ・モーダーと4年間結婚していた。　ダニーとジュリアは激烈なロマンスを始めたんだよ。　２人は抱き合ってたり、キスしてたりする写真を公に撮られた。

Vera soon becomes the estranged Mrs. Danny Moder and wanting to work things out with her husband and feeling that Julia is a homewrecker and just infatuated with Danny.. she begins to fight the divorce proceedings. That’s when Julia begins to harass Vera through the industry and the media. The now famous hand written T-shirt that Julia paraded around in.. white shirt with black block letters spelling "A Low Vera".

ベラはちょっとして疎遠の妻モーダーと化して、（でも）夫との仲をよくしたいと思っていて、そして、ジュリアは家庭崩壊＝愛人で、ただダニーとのぼせ上がっているだけだと感じていた。　　彼女は離婚手続きで彼と戦い始めた。　　で、そのとき、ジュリアが業界やメディアを通してベラに嫌がらせを始めた。　　今となっては有名な、ジュリアが着て歩き回った手書きのTシャツ・・・白のシャツに黒のブロック体で書いた"卑劣なベラ。”

Vera finally caved in to the pressure.. worrying that she was not going to be able to continue working in the industry by going head to head with the A list actress and yet still hoping for a reconciliation with Danny.. she took a settlement that Julia offered, granted the divorce and a month after it was final Danny and Julia got married in Taos, NM.

遂にベラはプレッシャーであきらめた。　Aリストの女優と喧嘩をして、この業界で仕事を続けていくことができなくなることを心配して（でもまだ、ダニーと仲直りできることを期待して）、彼女はジュリアが提示した契約に同意し離婚を許可した。　そして、１ヵ月後終了、ニューメキシコ州タオスでダニーとジュリアは結婚した。
